Shipping Policy

[Updated 1/9/2019] Fast & Reliable Shipping is our priority! We process all orders in the order they were received. SmartCBD.Shop strives to process all orders the same day Monday thru Saturday as long as the order is submitted before 2PM EST. Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be processed the very next business day. All orders that are processed are dropped off at USPS / UPS / FedEx by 5PM Monday-Friday. **WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN USA**

If there is any delay or stock issues, you will be notified the next business day and issued a refund for items which are out of stock permanently. Please allow at least 48hrs before you check the order status and look up the tracking number. We will not respond to any shipping inquiries before the 48hrs is up after the order is placed.

Wholesale & large orders signature may be required and all packages will be insured.

Cancellations & Refunds

We hope that you are always satisfied with your orders from SmartCBD.Shop We also understand that sometimes the customers might have to cancel the order or return products. If we send you the wrong or damaged products, don’t worry we will reship it or issue you a full refund, no questions asked! If you wish to cancel the order you may do so within 6 hours of placing the order without any problems. If you did not receive confirmation that your order was completed, we may still be able to cancel the order. You may return any UNOPENED products within 30 days to receive a full refund ( you pay for return shipping ) Your refund will be issued to the original payment only.
